Are 01 psylo xc/sl spings compatabile with 2003 pyslo xc?

Check for after market compatibility. Does the replacement for the 2 you're curious about give you the same part number in a catalog?

The only difference is the u-turn assembly. You can upgrade the '01 fork with the newer u-turn assembly (topcap, spring & plunger). The newer assembly drops right in through the topcap hole and old baseplate just crew the top cap in and the bottom bolt and your done. You don't have to take the fork completely apart. If the u-turn doesn't interest you the older springs were made with a wider variety of stiffness and let you get a more dialed in ride.
