ok 3 weeks and still in pain

i think i need to see the doctor...

here is the deal

my back, along the spine, below the ribs and above the hips, is just spazzzing the **** out...

i started iceing and heating last night and this morning, sitting atmy desk it is just curling my toes....


my dr is not avail till monday.. his nurse is trying to get me better pain med till then


any feed back?

I'd cast my vote for a chiropractor... but what ever you are doing now doesn't seem to be working: time to do something different.

hmmmmm saw my chiropractor motorcycle buddy. he was not actually in the office, but made a trip up with his girl and her son, gave them both free bees, as well as I :D

i am tender in the lower lower back,, but hope full, he said he got a lot of movement essentially the little place tween the upper and lower lumbar and then some hip tweek

will sleep on the hard floor tonight, that is best for my back, with feet raised.. abit afraid of the midnight cat runs might use my nakid chest as a spring board... i hope not or i will wake up with kitty fur in my teeth :evil:
