LOS ANGELES - Despite persistent rumors he's considering running as a Republican candidate for governor, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger insists the only thing he's campaigning for at the moment is his forthcoming film "Terminator 3."

Yes.

Here are the laws for the Federal positions and California's Governor.

House of Representatives-
No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five years, and been seven years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen. (Article I section two of the United States Constitution)

Senate Rule-
No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the age of thirty years, and been nine years a citizen of the United States and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state for which he shall be chosen. (Article I section three of the United States Constitution)

Presidential Rule-
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States. (Article III section 1 of the United States Constitution)

Governor of California-
The Governor shall be an elector who has been a citizen of the United States and a resident of this State for 5 years immediately preceding the Governor's election.(Article V section 2 California Constitution )
