No, not while riding or running, just resting. I timed myself at 1 minute 20 seconds - is this good?

HA! 1 : 23! I'm pretty sure I can go longer though. I'm driving to NY, NY tomorrow morning, and then back at noon. I'll try more in the car.

Never tried that but most of my pre-biking life was spent in the ocean. I couldn't imagine holding my breath that long while swimming down 300-400+ feet. The pressures must be insane!

I managed 2:15 on my 1st attempt and 2:30 on my 2nd.

I'm not done yet, I felt I could've gone on longer. It's all about hyperventalating just before you take the breath you're going to hold.

My girlfriend says about 4 to 5 minutes, but I know I had to have taken a breath at some point.
