Echo ES1 as a DS bike?

I got a echo that I use as a trials bike but was wondering if the geometry is also suitible for mountain cross at Big Bear. Thanks.

It wouldn't be tooooo bad with a 4-5" fork. HA would be around 70 degrees. BB would be HIGH. The super super short chainstays will make your backend go EVERYWHERE at speed, but would feel really sweet in super tight turns.

Overall, it's certainly NOT a DS bike... but it can fake it for a race.
