This track is build and maintained by a privateer Mr Steven. Very nicely built in Malaysia's capital Kuala Lumpur.

what is that track made of? It does not look like dirt? is it dyed concrete? :confused:

yes, it's dyed concrete. The reason being is the track is own by local city council and no one is assigned to maintained it full time. So they decided to use concrete save the maintainance time and co$t.
