ok who's got some good ball exercises? I use it for crunches but I know you can do a lot more...

I use it for crunches, pushups, wall squats, some dumb bell work, triceps dips, leg curls and balance.

Took me awhile to find this but the Feb. 2002 issue of Runner's World did a cover story on stability ball exercises. I still have the issue, but a quick search on the net provided the link:

i too, do crunches, pushups, wall sits, squats etc with my exercise ball..

i love it!

i highly recommend them!

some of my coworkers use them as chairs ... i am thinking about doing the same.

it helps your posture, and gives you a little ab workout at the same time!

No problem. After my hip fracture last year and then my rib breaking incident I had to spend some time rebuilding my core and so I bought a fitball and did a lot of checking around for exercises.
