Ok lately when im out riden and if i hafta hit the brakes really hard the seam to stay tight what cause this because it f'n annoying.Anything to prevent it and no i have the good ol f'n brake pads no discs:(

It sounds like the cable is binding or has gone bad. I would replace the cable, housing and possibly the noodle if its V-brakes. If its cants then the cable and housing.
