View Full Version : Mxc ecc or Duke xc?
What do you guys think of the 2002 Marz mxc ecc? I know about the plastic ecc levers that breaks (can buy a aluminium one for 3$)? comparing that to a 2003 Duke XC?
this is to put on a Juliana for a 115 pound girl.
Thanks
i'm a complete Marz fan, but since you put it as a lighter person getting it. i think that maybe the duke would be better, cause you can adjust that from 2"-4" may be cool for her.
no offenese i don;t see your friend beating the crap out of thebike. so the Marz strength isn't really needed here. tough call,
plus my friend has a Juliana and she has a Duke race on the front. i think its the only good rockshox fork

I am not sure we would get the uturn one. It a little heavy for the luxury of adjustable travel.
oh, then get the Marz. it has pre-load
the duke doesn't

Marzocchis are the best. They will never let you down. Marzocchi also has much better customer service than Rock Shox, even though you will probably never need it.
I don't think you can go wrong with getting a bomber but i've also heard good things about the duke i don think U turn is kinda stupid same with lock out it seems cool but i never use that stuff.

Do you stand on long climbs? I just sit and i don't find there to be any point to it unless your races are on roads alot and you love riding out of your seat.
