turner dhr grease fittings

Hi, I was wondering what you would use for the grease fittings on a turner dhr and where i might be able to get it? any info or ideas will help.

Turner recommends you use Manitou M-Prep for the fittings. It is a light grease that you should be able to get at your Local Bike Shop. You will also need a grease gun if you don't already have one.
