Did some really really technical DH runs and it got my stomach rolling. :dead:

That means you're almost working hard enough.

When I go balls out on my sprints and hills for Lax training, if I'm not whiting out and throwing up I know I haven't run hard enough.

Yeah, it's nothing to worry too much about. It just means you were working very hard and putting your body under tremendous strain. Just make sure you stay hydrated and breathe, and you'll be just fine. :cool:

I've come very close to puking after some tough XC climbs and during some leg workouts in the gym.
