Anyone know if Marzocchi will actually produce this fork? I'd be on the list for sure if they do.
What's the skinny?

Is this going to use the onepointhaveinch steerer? It seems like it would be far too flexy with the standard 1 1/8 inch steerer.

The whole idea is to refute the 1.5 standard. It uses a standard 1 1/8 steerer.
I just signed up for one and should have my grubby hands on one sometime in March.
Since I've had some ride-time on the Sherman and the Z1, I'll fill you in.
i wouldn't exactly say its a standard 1 1/8 steer tube. i've seem em in person and its pretty THICK

Right, so have I. I didn't mean the thickness was standard, I just meant the diameter was "standard." The walls near the crown are beefy.
I can't wait to get mine!!! :D
what you putting yours on?

Should be a sweet fork, but it's not much lighter than the Jr T or Super T. I LOVE the Super T, but the 2Step will no longer be warranteed with a DC fork, so I figure I'd be legit and put a single-crown up there, otherwise I would just go for the Super.
I've been riding the Sherman for awhile and, honestly, I'm not super impressed with it. I guess it's good for those who aren't die-hard Marzocchi fans. I just missed the plushness of the Marzocchi so much it killed me.
The Z1 150 should be the bomb!
i just ordered my Z1 150 today. should get here by monday, will post pics!

Any of you guys swapping out a 2002 Marzocchi freeride with the lockout wanting to sell it let me know. It's needs to be in great condition and at a fair price.
Might make the new 6" fork's high price easier to handle!

well i ordered it from my friend David at Marzocchi... back in November...
the fork is Ti color near then axle, then as you go up it fades to the Super T silver. the stancion legs are TiNitrate coded, but are BLACK!. and the top crown is Powdercoated black aswell.
