Anyone know of a free program that tracks workouts? I'm too damn lazy to write stuff down in a notebook. I just started getting serious about working out again and I want to track my progress. I'm willing to pay for a program if it's not too pricey and does a good job. I'd like something that tracks the body part worked, the type of movement (ie. bench press, curls etc), the weight used and the reps. Any of you :monkey:'s use a program like this that you would recommend?

Sorry, but that's exactly what I do. :)
I have software on my PDA to track my diet.

Well, if I have to I will, but I figured software should make it easier to track your progress using graphical charts and calculations etc.
