seat post collar size for SC Bullit ?

I want to get a quick release for my seat post but what size do I get? The actual post is a 28.6mm.

Should be the same size as your front derailleur - they're mounted to the same tube, right?

So my guess is you need a 31.8 but I don't know what your f.d. size is.....
