Avid disks are a pain in my ass. IS this what your talking about?
I can get them adjusted just right and I love them but there's no comprimise. If they get just a hair off they totally suck. Either rubs or has no lever pressure.

yup
I found that loosining the bolts that hold the caliper on, then sqeezing the brake lever, and then moving it slightly so the pad doesn't touch works pretty well, but i messed that up with my flat at the race. oh well, the bike shop readjusted them for me.

Send Zibbler a PM and let her know your experience with the CD-ROM, she's asked questions about it recenetly.
If anyone has any questions about BFR, ask Tweek... or you could have asked him about it at the BFR booth at Interbike.
