what rotor size?

I'm buying Avid Mech discs sometime in the near future, but i'm confused on which rotor size to get. If compatibility is an issue, I will be putting them on a Giant NRS 3 and a Judy C. I prtty much ruled out 203mm, but i don't know whether to get 185 or 160. i will be doing xc riding.

yea man, i will soon have a z1 cr for a fork, and i do freeriding, and i wont go over 160mm.
