How do Salt Lake City monkeys keep cycling fit through the winter?

I will be working in SLC over the winter and want to stay fit.

do you cycle indoors on trainers?
put studs on you mtb and ride in the mountains?

I'm not from the SLC but, If I were a mormon I'd spend the winter having sex with my nine wives
