Any bike can be pushed into service as a trials bike -- I saw Ross McMaster pull off some incredible moves on a cracked and creaky xc frame -- but if you're looking to buy a dedicated trials bike don't get a LeToy. It's rather slack up front, no?
One word! Zebdi! ;) :D

You can still use a Le Toy though. You will have your limitations, as the chainstays are longer, bottom bracket lower, and the head tube will be slacker than a typical trials frame would have, making doing larger moves harder or requiring a lot more strength.
The way too look at it would be:
Le Toy III: Hardcore Urban/DS hardtail that can be used for trials moves
Zebdi: Hardcore Urban Trials bike that can be used for urban or dirt jumping if comboed with a 5" fork (will have a BMXey feel)

How would you characterize a New Jack Flash, Bonk? Those look very interesting, albeit illegal for sanctioned events.

The new Jack Flash is really kinda like the Le Toy III. It's an Urban/DS frame with a dose of mod trials bike in it. You could still use it in competitions, you would simply just have to take the bash plate off though.
