My bike ( mc shockwave) was recently painted and i am going to build it back up. My question is do I grease every nut and bolt, or metal on metal interface or just the pivot? I have replaceable dropouts, should its bolts be greased?

YES!!! There are a few exceptions but every bolt that relies on torque to stay put should be greased.

No lock-tite for this boy, except for the bolts on my profile cranks
