I was thinking about getting a Monty X-Alp with a Threshold bashgaurd and brake boosters. The whole bike, with S&H is $423. Is this a good deal? Check out the specs and tell me what you think.

Go to http://www.lakesidesports.com/MontyX-Alp219.htm $355 to your door. Lakeside sports is the place to get all your trialsin goods, even if he dosn't have it listed on the webpage he can probably get it.

the X-Alp is undeniably the best deal in trials. You'll want to replace it once you really start improving, but great starter bike!
