This pic is off the brooklyn machine works site. They had the clever idea of putting a hole in a condom and putting it on the shock damper and under the coil.

Well if you're going to take 6" in the rear, you should definitely use protection!:eek: :D

i hope they used a water-based lubricant, anything else will hardly protect the shaft

still though, it's kinda a clever idea to keep crap out of the damper.

It will also make it easier to clean off the shaft when you're done.
