how easy is it to strip and rebuild monster t's??
is it possible to get at the topout springs to change them (don't ask looooong story) if not, can i get away with reusing the old seals if i have to take the lowers off?
is there anything i can really screw up? only been inside judys until now
and what tools will i need?
thanks :monkey:'s
download the manual on www.marzocchimtb.com
thats what ilove about marz forks, they are really really simple to work on, but depending on what your planning on doing you might need some special tools.

nothing too wierd about their forks. the only things to look out for is if you are going to remove the seals. the only way to remove the oil seal is by damaging the old one. there is a small spring on the inside of the seal used to keep preasure on the stanchion and when you pry it out it always gets messed up. also if you remove the bushings remember their oriantation. they can not be installed with the slits facing directly in front or directly behind the fork. but if you follow the manual youll be ok.
oh yeah, its messy! look out for that.
