Why is Joe the plumber scared to say who he'll vote for? I guess I will never understand why some people won't speak up for what they stand behind.

Heard he's on Good Morning America today. Saw a little clip, and well I'm sure you can all guess how it went.
It's hilarious, we hear these republicans tout trickle down economics (which doesn't work btw, you are flat out retarded if you believe it does because there is just wayyyyy too much data and academic studies that prove otherwise) and that with lower taxes these successful people will expand their business and wealth. Do you really think that the Joe the Plumber would really spread the wealth???? Based on his comments, website, and his GMA interview he seems more like the candidate to do otherwise

Who I vote for (well when I could vote) is between me and the ballot box. The secret ballot is one of the cornerstones of democracy.

So, did Joe the Plumber actually say during an interview with Katie Couric that during the debate Obama "tap danced better than Sammy Davis Jr."?

Secret ballot in that I don't want some jackass running numbers on me, I understand. But if someone asks me if I am voting for someone or something, I have no issue telling them.
If I feel strongly enough about it to vote for it, then I certainly feel strongly enough about it to support and defend it.
Also, turns out Joe the plumber isn't registered.

Dude has been handed the American dream. This is better than getting hit by a UPS truck with a drunk driving UPS guy. He needs to jump on the marketing train before it is too late.
Joe the Plumber action figures, t-shirts, board games, maybe even a cartoon or made for tv movie...

'Joe the Plumber' says he has no plumbing license (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081016/ap_on_el_pr/joe_the_plumber)
Because he works for someone else, he doesn't need a license, he said.
He don't need no stinkin' license!

Dude is now officially unstoked:
By JOHN SEEWER, Associated Press Writer
HOLLAND, Ohio - Joe the Plumber said Thursday he doesn't have a license and doesn't need one. Joe Wurzelbacher, better known as Joe the Plumber, the nickname Republican John McCain bestowed on him during Wednesday's presidential debate, said he works for a small plumbing company that does residential work. Because he works for someone else, he doesn't need a license, he said.
But the county Wurzelbacher and his employer live in, Lucas County, requires plumbers to have licenses. Neither Wurzelbacher nor his employer are licensed there, said Cheryl Schimming of Lucas County Building Regulations, which handles plumber licenses in parts of the county outside Toledo.

McCain did Joe the Plumber no favors

You knew it would happen. Joe the Plumber's 15 minutes of fame in last night's debate have turned into a round of public humiliation for the wannabe business owner. The Toledo Blade is reporting that Joe has no plumber's license.
To make matters worse, the Blade also found that the Ohio Department of Taxation placed a lien against Joe because $1,183 in personal property taxes had not been paid. To pile on, the paper disclosed, based on divorce records, Joe's 2006 income — $40,000, hardly enough to qualify for the tax hike he's so concerned about.

Anything Mitch Hedberg goes a long way around here. All the good ones die young.
