Not sure how much of this is still an issue but I needed to make room for a new bike in my garage and decided to hang my other bikes. The only one I'm worried about is the Tonic with its Argyle. I hung it on its rear wheel, so the fork is canted up just slightly.
Should that be ok? I just want to make sure I'm not hurting stuff.

if anything your allowing the fork oil to lubricate the seals and it will feel nice when you ride it after taking it down.

If you have any hydro brakes on your other bikes its bad for them to go upside down.
Pics are always good tho :)
