eBay find: custom frames by Doc

Thought there might be somebody interested in these. I'm not on the market for a hardtail at the moment, but if I was I'd be heavily considering one of these.
For anyone familiar with Brooklyn or Superco, Doc is the reason you know those names. The man makes a damn good bike.

24" rear wheel still? Not sure by that long CS length, my cruiser goes much shorter than that but only fits a 2.2-2.3 tire.
