Hey guys, I am thinking of getting new pedals for my bike. My bike shop suggested the Beaver 1664 pedals. I looked them up and th sealed ones are like 80 dollars canadian. Are unsealed really bad? I dont grind or anything so..

pedals are almost totally personal preference

sealed bearings spin in a more controlled fashion and tend to last longer than loose ball.

best value - ody plastic pc's...you torch 'em and go buy another set sub $20. absolutely can't go wrong with that.

I has some cilenskis that I was rocking, shorter pins, whatever. I switched so my trail mixes and there was such a control difference. Your feel aren't floating, your more connected to your bike, good stuff! A dialed bike is a good thing, but your connection points are key. I feel that with a good set of pedals I ride better and with more confidence.
