Anyone in Iowa?

Hey whatsup. I might be in Iowa this upcomming month for a muay thai tournament. Anyone live there and know some good trails to ride on. Right now I only have a hardtail cannondale, but I could possibly have a kona stinky by then. So thats just a little judge on the kind of trails I can ride. If anyone wants to ride something / show me where the local trails are, I'd appreciate it.

Not freeride, but nice XC near Iowa City off of the I-80 called Sugarbottom. Rode there once a few years ago and it was pretty good riding for IA.
