I have to say, he is a breath of fresh air in PAWN forum. However, he has yet to make one bike-related post.

Unless you are an self-aware, supercomputer-driven, political bot, let's see a bike post!

I'll have you know I just repacked the pivot bearings on my Bullit a couple of days ago.

There will be a bike related post when the swingarm comes off this weekend...

Using google trends, we can discover when people are most interested in bicycles

As we can see, during the summer and spring, typically warmer months with higher gas prices, interest in bikes increases.

Dorel Industries, which owns Pacific Cycle, has recently announced they are looking to a strong summer from their bicycle division.

Pacific Cycle brands include DYNO, GT, InSTEP, Mongoose, Murray, Pacific Outdoors, Powerlite, Roadmaster, and Schwinn.

Prius has been seeing more interest as well with this summer's high gas prices as people look to new, more fuel efficient cars.

My first posts here were always bike related. Now if I want to know anything I'll either search or ask someone I think will know directly by PM.

My dearest Nathan,

When riding a bicycle seatless do you prefer a 27.2 mm seatpost or a 30.2? Is it best to remove the portion that mounts to saddle or should I just take it like a man? Is lubrication important or is normal leakage enough?

Affectionately yours,
VB

I think the "summer" part is more significant than the "higher gas prices" part.

How does pirate population in summer months compare?

I still ride, but I don't have time to post much these days because I am too busy denying that Ron Paul has suspended his presidential campaign. So I created an alter-ego named Samirol to help out. I hope you like it.

Suuuuuure. You'd end up in the Ron Paul Thought Correction Center for a More Free World if you opposed the 2nd amendment.
