Hey, are you guys around at all during the week? I know you're only open for riding on the weekends, but I wanted to see if I could reserve a spot in the resort for this weekend. If you guys aren't in the office, is there an alternate number/e-mail I can contact you with? I always like to check before I plan a trip since we're so far away. Thanks for any info!

Diablo is part of a big(er) ski resort, with other summertime operations (waterpark). I emailed them and got a response same day, i think calling would yield instant results.

Unless there is some really big special event going on, there is no way the Appalachian Hotel would ever fill up on a normal summer weekend. I went to Diablo last weekend with a friend to do the two day lift ticket and free hotel room deal and there was maybe 10 or 15 other cars at the hotel and it has like 200 rooms. So I wouldn't worry about getting one, but as the other people pointed out you can call the hotel directly to check.
