My Bushing are gone in my fork, is there a way to replace them myself? Or do i have to send it in?

Probably not, what fork?
The reason is that they have presses fpr pushing the bishing in, not that it takes alot of force, just for the bushing to sit correctly and not te be damaged during installation.

The bushing in my fork needed to be replaced too. Marzocchi USA charged me a whole whopping $15 plus shipping. It was done in about 2 weeks. Plus they have to do a rebuild in the process so you get an additional warrantee period.

Marzocchis are easy to do yourself. But you'll need new seals too as you'll probably damage the old seals when they come out. They have to come out to change the bushings.
Bushings in Rock Shox require a special tool so you'll have to find a shop with one or send them in.
No idea about Manitou. I don't know any one using them here.
