sadly i have neglected my rear wheel on my xc bike, i've had the bike for 5 or 6 years now, but i haven't ridden it much in the last couple of years. i finally started riding it again, but i noticed the rear hub was very rough. i tried to take it apart to replace or overhaul the hub, but i can't figure out for the life of me how to get the bearings out...any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
