I sold my DH bike and now want a light FR/Trail bike. I know the older Bullits can make fairly light all-mountain bikes. I haven't had a trail bike in years. I used to have a 16.5 Trek Bruiser 2 and I can't remember the eff toptube length. Either way, I seem to remember feeling comfy up top since my torso is a little shorter.

I found this pic of someone measuring a medium Bullit. Excuse my ignorance since I've been out of the game for a long time, but this seems kinda small for a medium frame, no?

I'm not sure on the bullit, but I'm also 5"10 and I ride a large chameleon, my 5'6 friend rode a medium bullit(and medium chameleon) so I'd look for a large.

A heckler would make a better all around bike though. They aren't the most efficient pedaling bikes and I think the 140mm would be better than 178mm. Or a newer 150mm version, they are pretty sweet.

I need a medium Bullit, I'm 5'9" with a 31" inseam have a large that I'd like to trade for a med. I was ok with standover with an 03 z1 and changed the fork to a Fox Vanilla 36. the 10mm difference, made a close fit too close.
