just now i saw the first steak-umm commercial in 20 years.

that make s as much sense as mariah carey naming her latest album e=mc^2 (http://www.amazon.com/E-MC2-Mariah-Carey/dp/B000UMKCYC), which is oddly relevant here.

ok, fess up time: i'm watching regis & cathy lee (kelly ripa?) & mariah just dropped "mac & cheese" when talking about her dieting.

now i have 2 reasons to turn it off....but won't...
