Picasa help?

No me, for Mr. Geargrrls computer. HE's using firefox, and while the thumbnail albums display, the slide show etc functions won't work on his system. Can't view larger images. Where would I start dinking around to get it working? Firefox settings? Java?

Is he running script blocker? If so, look in the lower right corner and there should be a "S" in a circle. Depending on your level of permissions, you will have just the "S", the "S" with a small "NOT" symbol or the "S" with a big "NOT"symbol. Clicking on the "S" will bring up a dialog box. Anything with the "NOT" symbol is allowed, everything else is not.
