on the fox van r there is only a rebound adjust and a preload adjust from what the web site says. but theres a little nob at the end of the oil resevor what is that for? is there any way to make it a less stiff ride to be more like a dh racing shock?

I like fox because they put the features right in the name. No guess work necessary. The Fox Vanilla R has rebound adjustments only.

the knob your talking about is for air, i believe you can put something like 200 -300 psi
