pics of hose routing on KM please

Can anyone post a couple detailed shots of how they run their hose for their rear disc along the top tube of a KM? What is the preferred method, since top tube seemingly only accommodates the rear cable for rim brakes--or am I just being thick?

I'm new to discs and new to putting them on my KM.
