I can get a super nice deal on this fork.
It would replace my Pike in my 06 enduro Elite

But i read som many bad things about this fork, that im starting to have many doubts..

whats the deal with this fork?

I was in the same boat late last year. I could have had an 06 for CHEAP but read a lot of bad things about it so I coughed up the cash for an 07. Apparently, all the problems have been fixed for the 07. A search on mtbr will bring up tons of info.
