I got a book of easy Thai recipes. Tried this the other night - sirloin, red, yellow, and orange peppers, scallions, garlic, vegetable oil, red chile sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce. Tasty! Anyone else cook up Thai at home?

I really like Panaang Curry: curry, coconut milk, garlic, onions, lime leaves, basil, fish sauce, and chilies, served over rice.

not that it adds to the thread in any way, but if you are ever out in jackson, wy, go to bonne appe thai. amazing thai food and it was less than $20 including tax and tip for an awesome dinner(only had water, no booze or soda).

I lived in Thailand for a bit just diving and eating. What a country.

Quite a bit of my stay has influenced my cooking.

when I was in University my roommate and i would make red currey all the time. Sesame oil & rice flour rue, garlic, sriracha, coconut milk, crunchy cashew butter and red curry paste over rice with chicken and whatever veggies we could steal from campus salad bar

I haven't made too many Thai dishes at home, but I have made a couple and would love to make more!
