Ok, here in SF it's an over-priced amateur night at most places, so I ordinarily do not go out on Valentine's Day and instead stay home and put together a nice meal with a few special touches like a nice wine, etc.
This year I am thinking champagne and crab cocktails followed by rack of lamb and risotto, with something chocolate to finish.
What are you doing?

Who knows. The CPA wife will prolly be working until 10:00 or so, so I'm looking at a solo dinner.

Basil-stuffed prosciutto-wrapped chicken breasts with sundried tomato cream sauce and homemade tagliatelle. Probably some grilled asparagus to go with it. And a bottle of Barbera d'Asti.

Well, I made herb & garlic marinated chicken breasts served over a scoop of couscous with broccoli, Parmesan and topped with a white wine, butter and garlic sauce.

Girlfriend made dinner for me (and two others). Quick appetizer or mozzarella, prosciutto and apples. Main dish was large noodles with chicken, peppers and onions. Sauce was soy sauce, maybe a bit of peanut and some other stuff (didn't make it so I don't really know). The recipe was Taiwanese or Chinese I believe; my girlfriend is Korean but got it from a Taiwanese friend. Dessert was a bit of chocolate and a glass of champagne.
