I had a gift card for Olive Garden and we were starving, so MzNeight and I went for Friday dinner. New on the menu was a Venetian Apricot Chicken dish. It was very good and diet friendly.

You can make it at home:

an OG is opening near us. As far as chain restaurants go, they are definitely one of the best!

We actually ate at an OG in Italy!

Ok, technically, it was a testing kitchen at Fizzano, the 14th century re-created village as an extension of the Rocha della Maccie winery.

Also, my passing knowledge of spanish is pretty darn good :)
