anybody else in the south western va/south eastern ky area ride the trails here?

I'm originally from that neck of the woods, and I ride there once a year or so when I go down to visit family. The trails are pretty good singletrack, and there are some short steep climbs. They've got one climb called heart attack hill.

You can only ride on the Mountain bike trails, don't ride on the hiking or horse trails.
