Going to Tahoe..best way?

Whats the fastest way to get to Tahoe from Los angeles? Up the 5 and then cross over by san fran or up the 395 way? Thanks.

If you're in LA proper, the 5 is the best bet. Fontana or RC or so is the cutoff for using the 395 timewise, although it's a much nicer drive. Then if you're going to South lake, you wanna take US 50 from Sac (I5 side) or Carson city (395) North lake/Truckee is off I 80. bam.

5 all the way up into Sacramento then take either the 80to north lake or the 50 to southlake

Teleportation. Definitely the fastest.

I recommend the Transporter Room on Deck 5 of the USS-1701.
