Trails in Tallahasse area

Anybody kno any good tech. trails in the area im going to be down there for a while. I kno theres some bmx tracks to play around on and i heard rumors of a DS course somewhere. Any knowledge would be great.

I have only rode at two parks there Tom Brown ( kinda fun) and Red bug. ReD bug was a lot of fun.
I havent been there since about 1997/98 so things could be alot diffrent now.

Red Bug was my favorite...again back in the late 90s
