Fibrax Disc Pads

Would these be good brakes to replace stock ones on Shimano discs, I am getting nothing but squealing from the front disk no matter what I do.

I bought a set for my hayes, they aren´t that good.
After 1 week of riding the compound had completely worn off. Dunno if it was a problematic pad. But they´ll sure stop the squealing.
