Headangle 69 til 71 degree
low seattube 11-13"

gears? if not run a spanish bb way way better. sized wheels? w/ 26's your rear end will feel flexy as hell with that short of seat tube. w/24's you would be golden.
if i were building up a 24 specific park bike again me geo would be
14.75-14 stays
72-73 degree head angle around a 63mm 4x or rebate parks
14mm rear axle, bb inline with dropouts
internal headset, internal cable routing
10 in seat tube
and 23 in top tube

Save time and money and get a BlkMrkt Riot. Perfect geometry, $400 and has everything you described. As long as you run only a SS. If you want gears then nevermind. Why 14mm axle?
My Riot is basically a 26" BMX bike.

i am using 26 inch wheels and i am lookin for the most BMX frame ever, i want 14mm axle so i can run pegs and have a micro drive train. i figured i would also make the seat tube really low, (cru jones*wink*wink) and try to have it like a bmx but bigger

15" chainstay with 26" wheels will limit you to just a few frames.

If you are ging to run pegs on a 26" what are you going to do for a front peg? Bolt on fork/hub? Suspension fork or rigid? Just curious..

Also, like Don said, I would at least go with a Spanish BB. If I were to do it over again, I would probably go with a Mid.

Whatever Dobermann uses is what you want. Amazing!
