Disc brake adapter?

wanting to use my favorite old-skool hub. any idea what type of disc adapter might work on this one?

I know those are Hugi hubs, but the spline looks an awful lot like the old Hope center-lock design. I don't know off the top of my head if Hope licensed the standard to other companies but it sure looks like they did. From personal experience though, you may have a tough time finding rotors, and the only adapters ever made were for the old-school 5-bolt rotors, not 6-bolt.

Hope huh? thanks, i'll adjust my search to include Hope adapters. i really hope that i can find something to work, or someone willing to make a custom adapter.
