hey all,
looking for info on how to drop an 05 66 rc 20mms. is this an easy job, requiring minimal fabrication or a send it back to zokie kinda thing? thanks.

IIRC, you can change the '05s from 150mm to 170mm with a spacer swap. If you want shorter than that, your are in for some silly mods due to the stupid swedged/crimped cartrages...

Does that actually drop the axle to crown height-or just reduce the travel ?
I have a 2005 66RC & would never ever need to reduce the travel on it;but just curious.

straight from zokie ('cause ya'll are a bunch of slackers...):
remove the top cap, pull out the cartridge, blah, blah.
remove the top from the cartridge via the red lock nut.
slide the spring assembly ( spring, black spacer and little thingy between the two) off, flip and reinstall.
so this moves the black spacer from the top to the bottom of the spring stack and should drop the travel and A/C height 20mm.
