Eastern Slash

I know this is a repost from the DH section...

but do any of you guys have any time on the Eastern Slash? I'm thinking about picking one up from jenson since they're on sale... I don't know very much about them at all.

This doesn't help you make a decision about how the bike feels but that's a killer price for that bike. I wish they'd put the hardtails 44% off as well.

My buddy Nick has one and loves it. It rides a lot like a hardtail with the shock locked out. Go for it!

Jenson also has the Jamis Diablo on closeout if you are looking for more travel. The Eastern looks like a good slopestyle bike.

I had the same Jamis Diablo, and the Manipoo fork sucked. Rebound never worked and it was too soft.
