Let's say money was no option and as a team director your season goal was to win as many races as possible. I know that normally teams have like 30 guys, but let's say you only got to pick 9...who would they be? Remember, you need climbers, sprinters, classics riders and stage riders, etc.. You can't expect a team to work with just all the top guys either. Dream away....

Well, I'll have a team with *another* 9 EM clones!
Can you imagine what a race with those teams would look like?

It is certainly a sight to see almost two dozen clones of perhaps the best rider ever charging up this hill, shoulder to shoulder, in 4 rows! They're so closely matched that none has a chance of getting away. We may be looking at the first 18-person tie in the history of the Tour!"

It could never be an 18 person all Eddie tie. Eddie would win or die trying, so all 18 Eddies would collapse and die at the same time. Of course Eddie can not be killed so really the universe would cease to exist. We need to prevent cloning or the universe is doomed.
