Got a Sunday and been hitting the local freeride track a fair bit lately.
The Sundayis great for pinning it but when I am in the air it feels a bit sketchy and nose heavy. It also struggles on the slower tight technical stuff. So I wanna get a pure "Huck" bike and leave the Sunday for DH duties.
I was thinking of a Norco Shore 2 but I can also get a deal on a Giant Glory 8 freeride version.
Any of you guys got one or had a chance to get loose on one? Does the bike rip or is it way too heavy? Being Maestro , does it pedal ok or is it a tank for shuttling only?
Thoughts please

Pre-load the crap out of that rear end when you take off, and you shouldn't have a problem with the nose dives. And contrary to what some people think, your rebound shouldn't affect how you take off. I had the same problem on my long travel bike, and it turns out I wasn't pre-loading enough on the take off. Hopefully this helps :)

i've been riding one for about 3 months now and i absolutely love it. i made the move from a full blown dh'er and i couldn't be happier. a great pedalling bike (it goes way up the hills a lot) that has taken a serious pounding as well. i geo works well for me, i wouldn't change anything. if you're up in the la area, i'll let you take it out and shred on it for a day to see what you think...
